Default Painted A-pillar

Hey guys.

Another forum noob.

I wanted to share how my 07 looks with painted A-pillars. Personally, I think they look great and add a whole lot to the presentation of the car.

How can I post a pic?

Raf

You can use photobucket to save your pics and then download them here.

The proper term is either link or reference them here. Photobucket should give you a publicly accessible URL to use when you upload images with them. Just take that URL and surround it in IMG tags here. Tags are used with brackets so you can do [TAG][/TAG] or in this case [I.MG]Image URL[/I.MG] (without the periods).

You can't upload them here. You upload them to Photobucket.

I didn't think I would like it, but I have to admit it looks pretty good. Good job.

Thanks guys. I couldn't understand why GM didn't do it either?

I think it adds alot to the upfront presentation.

The guy that painted my buddy's white coupe is a friend of my brother's... I may let him paint mine if/ when I get the front bumper repainted(road rash) and swap out my head lights for black ones?

Looks better than I would have thought...with the top on, but not as good with the top off, IMO. Without the top the black blends with the windshield but painted looks like the pillers are out there by themselves. Doesn't look bad, just different.

I prefer the opposite where everything above the door line is black including the halo and top.

totally agree!!!

but...

The painted pillars look ok with the colored top, especially on the red, it might even look better than stock, but with the top off, those painted pillars look horrific! especially on the white car...
