Default Clutch fluid level

Where should the clutch fluid level be at 'cold'? There is a MIN and MAX line in the cylinder.

My fluid level is in between the MIN and MAX levels.

If I need to add more, what is the correct fluid to use?

You can fill it to the MAX line when cold.

It is normal for the level to drop some as the clutch linings wear, because the clutch is self adjusting.

I've done more research on this and I've found that the new C6s at the dealers have their clutch fluid right between the MAX & MIN level in the clutch cylinder.

If I fill it to the MAX level cold, don't I have to allow for expansion when the fluid gets hot?

However; I don't want the level to get too low and introduce air into the system.

Or am I just ?
