Default Escort 9500ix In Stock

New Package Deal!!!!

The long awaited Escort 9500ix is finally in stock....

This is the absolute BEST Escort 9500 IX deal you will find anywhere. We are the only Escort dealer offering a complete Escort 9500ix package with EVERYTHING you need to take full advantage of the 9500 IX's full capabilities. For one price ($499.99+shipping) you get the USB Cord (to connect the Escort 9500 IX to your computer, not normally included with the detector), an AC to 12vDC lighter socket adapter (which allows you to use a regular AC wall socket to power the Escort when connected to your computer. Again not normally included with the detector), the incredibly popular SCP Super Suction Mount (for use on any car) or the Corvette C6 Visor Mount, and the 8" or 12" Invisicord (to connect the Escort to your powered rear view mirror).

This is Escorts latest GPS Radar detector that LEARNS and blocks out false alarms. Also is programmed with all known speeding cameras.

Click below for more details (including a demonstration video on how the 9500 uses GPS to block out false alarms)and ordering info...

Is your visor mount compatible with the Onstar box? Will the detector not be obstructed by it?

The SCP suction mount is, works perfect with the onstar box. I have not tried the visor mount with the onstar box, but assume it will also be just fine.

Thanks,

Jim

Got it installed yesterday, the SCP mount and Invisicord work well in my Infiniti EX-35. The detector is pretty high tech and a major improvement over my old Escort 8500 X50. I have a Valentine One also and like the arrows but the 9500ix wins overall with better technology.

This is a complex and brainy little beastie. I recently upgraded my 9500i to a 9500ix. With an 18" Invisicord it mounts perfectly to the left of the mirror. It seems to be learning all by itself where static false-alarms are located because every few days it beeps and displays STORED. I'm looking forward to diving into the owner's manual, which is rather thick as these things go.

I just got one at Best Buy and had Steve install it. Mine doesn't show me anything about "learning." Do I need to program it to do so?

I haven't done anything to mine yet. Give yours a couple of weeks and see if it doesn't start doing the same thing.

Ad says free updates for 90 days. What use is that with new hot spot locations being added continuously. I'm not happy with that limitation. For the price we should get lifetime updates.

Ok....I am not the manufacturer, nothing I can do there. Give them a call and let them know your complaint. Wish I could help, but can't.

I mean really, it is 19.95 a year or 29.95 for three years (not that bad). I cannot think of a single product that you purchase that has a lifetime subscription based on purchasing the hardware. Onstar, XM Radio, Tivo, etc....They all give you XX Days free but then start charging a Monthly Recurring later.

Good news is that even if you do not buy the speed trap subscription, the last database update is still in effect and the GPS still works just as before, automatically blocking out false alarms, which is still way more than any other detector on the market.

See ya,

Jim

Thanks for the info. $29.95 for three years is not too bad if they use the funds wisely to do a quality job of keeping the database updated.

I will consider a purchase.
