Congrats on the new Crystal Red Vette!
Many here on the forum have added headers and I plan to very soon (and get a tune from Chuck at COW). I would save your money on the intake. The stock one is a very good design and the aftermarket ones are alot of money for very little gain. Getting cold air to the stock filter via the use of a Vette-Air scoop would be a better choice in my opinion.

Close!!
Magnetic Red --> Crystal Red --> Monterey Red.
It seems Crystal red is a shade darker then Mag Red. Monterey is Darker then Crystal. However I was able to put my Monterey in this thread and get away with it. They are hard to remember by themselves!!

Side Note: I've owned Mag Red and Monterey Red. I love them both.
However I need to investigate Crystal Red. It may be the perfect combination. I remember my Mag Red was very tough to keep perfectly spotless. Monterey is alot easier (Could be the NXT2.0 also but I like to think the Monterey hides imperfections better)
CRM may be the perfect compromise dark red.
