Going directly to the source, according to the Helm website they are not yet available. If you give them your name they will notify you when available. I did that back when I bought my 07 Duramax, they notified me when available and sent no other junk mail.
Keep in touch with Gene at GM Parts House. He sells them at a better price than the Helms site does. Gene can also give you an idea when they're expected to be available.
This same question came up last year about this same time regarding the 08's. Many said the same about the 07's. I believe it was in March of this year that the manuals finally came out for the 08's. Should be about the same time frame for the 09's.
I also registered with Helms to get an email when they became available. I already had my manuals that I purchased from Gene Culley by the time the first email came from Helms!
The current model year manuals are not available until the spring (March or so as someone else mentioned). The reason is, this gives them time for troubleshooting, specific model year issues and installs, etc.
