I chose the title because it may be normal, (but I doubt it): on the way into work my wife noticed the radio presets were wrong so she asked me if I disconnected the battery. No, but I wish I had. Then I would have had a ready explanation. Then I stopped to mail a letter and upon opening the driver's door (car still running) the radio went off. When I got back in the car I noticed the DIC displayed my start up message. Turned radio back on. Everything seems to be working. Sat all day in the parking lot and started up for an uneventful but enjoyable drive home. Any ideas???
Are both FOB's programmed? Remember they have different preset options, as well as seat positions, mirrows, ect.

There are a number of memory locations that are tied to the individual fob. The radio last station and presets along with hud brightness, seat position, mirrors and steering column among others. If your wife was using a different fob that did not have the programming done it will change when that fob is in use and change back when the fob that programmed the settings is back in the car.
