I`m thinking about buying a 2006 C-6 (6spd) is there anything that I should look out for specificially? The car has 11,ooo plus miles on it.
What is a good buying price?

You really aren't giving us enough info. What options, Z06, coupe, or vert?? The more you can tell us, the more help we can be.

Agree with above post need more details, with what you have provided the only thing to look out for is Police Radar on the drive home. Can not give you opinion on price without know the options on the Vette, what model it is. As for what to look out for generally speaking with 11k on it it should be fine.

Run a car fax. If it is being purchased at a GM dealer, find out if it's GM Certified. Low - Mid $30's are the going price for '06 coupes depending on options and condition. Check e-bay, yahoo auto etc for comparison pricing. Pretty solid cars with no major common problems.

Low miles ;should be fine mine has been great,carfax it and look under the front bumper for road rash.bent radiator supports ect,curbs are a b--ch...good luck and enjoy the drive..it's a great ride.........

06 has fewer potential issues compared to the 05 you previously considered:

Several 05 issues -- dead battery & rear diff come to mind -- were addressed in 06. As far as I know, no new issues appeared for 06.
