New garage floor installed (pics)
My concrete floor looked like crap due to stains and cracks. Considered epoxy paint, but it does not completely cover the cracks and eventually stained and pealed in places when I used it in my last garage. Consequently, I decided to get the Swisstrax floor for my new garage and I love it. I figured if it was good enough for Jay Leno's garage I would give it a try. I installed it myself and it was pretty easy. I'm a bit sore from all the bending and squatting, but I'm very pleased with the finished product.

A bit pricey at a little over 4 bucks a SF for the Swisstrax (Ribtrax). It costs me $1,600 including shipping to cover my 2-car garage. Well worth the extra money over a typical epoxy floor covering in my opinion. Like I said, I went the epoxy route before and it just did not hold up very long and showed every crack and imperfection in the concrete floor.

I am impressed with it. How tall is your ceiling? Any difficulty entering or exiting the vehicle that is under the lift?
Looking forward to your response on this.
