The manual adjuster popped when I was adjusting the driver seat and now the seat is stuck in furthest forward mode (the seat back). What can I do to unstick the adjuster?

Did you ever get help with this? I walked out this morning and my seat back was all the way forward and it won't go back. Crazy

There is a spring clip that holds it on, maybe it came loose or the handle broke?

This is how the C5 looks, I think C6 is similar/same

I just realized the seats have a button on the back of the headrest and that was the problem. The cover had popped out and caused the seat back to move forward. I just didn't see it until today. I couldn't get it back on, neither could local Chevy dealer so they ordered a new one at $65. Crazy for a small plastic piece but it's under warranty.
