A forum dealer painted one pink for an employee right after the C6s came out. Don't know if it's still pink or not. Pics of it were posted here. So we've seen one before. Now nothing (almost) shocks us.

It could be Mary Kay, or perhaps even Barbie. I guess technically the first Corvette I ever bought was pink. Dang my daughter loved that ride...

not going to rag on the color choice as its not my car, if its your car you can do anything you like no mattery how gaudy or weird.
The double parking thing is what ticks me off - not exactly helping the corvette image there, all you are really doing when double parking is asking for someone to come screw with a fine automobile.

The pink Corvette was painted immediately after purchase at the Plano (Texas) dealership where it was bought. Can't remember the cost, because I wasn't all that interested, but the paint job was either $5,000 or $7,000. While I'm not fond of the color the paint job is outstanding.

I have to give that a big "who cares". Not my car, no big deal they must like it.

Pastel
I would prefer it to be a pastel pink, like the official Mary Kay cars.
Corvette needs more colors from the factory, as most other cars on the market today. We are stuck with 1/2 dozen colors not counting black and white on most brands.
In 1956 you could get a Ford or Chevy not only with lots of colors, the two tone could be reversed giving even more individual choices. With the single color option and you could get 4 totally different cars with just 2 colors.

It looks like the job was done right (appears the headlights were even done)...while not my choice of colors...I'm betting the metallic really shines in the sun and I'm sure the owner wouldn't trade it for another.
