This is what they told me. Also for the first 2 years they sent me cards for a service call which would have been $79. I never went through with it but its been 6 years now so maybe Ill give them a call. I know its working because when I take my #2 fob with the dead battery in the Lo-Jack fob they calll my cell phone to let me know there maybe a unauthorized movememnt of the car.
