Default Where can I find snow chains for my C6

We are having a blizzard here in DC and I need to get around in the Vette. Anyone know where I can find snow chains to fit 18 and 19" wheels and tires? I am sure If I have traction with all the torque the vette has I can plow right through the 14 or so inches that we have right now.

This is a joke right?

Chains will not help a car which is 4" from the ground with 14" of snow. Once the snow gets under the car and lifts the wheels off the ground you stop.

Rent a car.

Forget the chains. Bolt a winch on the front and pull yourself along. At least that works on my 4-wheeler.

I could not find any so I went with winter tires. 195/75 18 work great in the snow.

The big issue is the air dam, it acts like a snow plow....

Dude... if U even think of taking your Vette out in this weather U deserve to get stuck, then yanked outta your car and pistol whipped.

That goes for any Sports car, RWD, FWD, and AWD.

Personally I wouldn't have a Vette here in Baltimore if I didn't own a Tahoe or equivalent as well.

...and if you get stuck - expect a huge ticket for taking up valuable time with emergency equipment having to pull you out.
I was out with the Durango a while ago - 4 wheel drive is great until you aahve to go through a HUGE snow pile tthat has been formed by the plow blocking your drive way.....
Take some pictures of your vette stuck in the snow... we all want a good laugh!!

Even with 'chains' you won't get four feet in this snow storm.
