Are all coupes Targa tops?

The ZR1 and Z06 still have separable roof panels that are bolted-in at the factory but not meant for the owner to remove and reinstall. You would have to drop the headliner to access the bolts. If the ZR1 and Z06 tops are damaged, the dealer can remove to repair and/or replace as needed. Nonetheless, the ZR1 and Z06 are not considered targa roofs.

Nonetheless, the ZR1 and Z06 are not considered targa roofs.On the Z06 and ZR1, the aluminum chassis/frames are not as stiff/strong as the coupe and convertible's steel frames, and so the Z06/ZR1 tops are actually *needed* as part of the car's structure -- that is why they are permanently bolted in place, and not meant to be removed.

As others have said, only the ZR-1 and Z-06 models have fixed roof panels. All other C-6 Coupes have the removable targa tops available in a smoke transparent lexan or painted body color.

I know this is old, but...
So, I know this is a few years old now, but I wanted to double check something. I am looking into getting a C5 (will be my first Vette) and I wanted to confirm. Is the C5 a targa option, or do they all come with it? How can one tell when searching for them? I'm thinking of going convertible, but I might just go targa if they are easy to find. Thank you for the help!
