Is there a guide somewhere for removing the plastic covering for the footwell? The covers on the mirrors came off easily but for whatever reason, I am having issues with the footwell covers.

My experience has been somewhat similar. I placed an order for some LED lights, which I did receive, however I needed to exchange a couple of the items which is where things went south. I sent the items I did not want back and asked them to contact me because I wanted to exchange them and also buy other products then started emailing the company with no response....great customer service. Been going on two months now. I guess I'm going to have to find another forum vendor although I'm a little hesitant because this is now two vendors that I have had issues with.
