Awesome lift, did you raise the frame of your garage door?

Which one are you, the really old dude with the hat on?

Yes, all new door rails, 21 inches more height. Same door. Overhead coil spring and new cables. New side mount proffesional Liftmaster door opener. Total cost a little over 1k.

No the other old dude with no hat

Nice.

No better feeling than doing something yourself and friends to help.

Looks like 2.5 manpower did 90% of the work

Yeah, my son is 21, he was there for the heavy lifting only.
My friends son Brian actually helped a lot but he had to leave early to pick up his girl.
That left us with 2 manpower for the rest of the day. Oh well more beer for me.

Very nice Steve, can't wait to try it out. I noticed that Keith was always lifting from the middle of the posts/rails. I won't let him live it down. Congrats on the new lift.

Cannot purchase direct. Their web site will give you a list of dealers near you.
I cannot list the dealers name since they are not a Forum vendor.
If you would like the dealer I purchased mine from shoot me a PM.

NICE! I know you will enjoy it. My sons and I installed my lift about a month ago. It has given me an empty bay which I am enjoying, also.

Looks great!!! I was looking for the empty beer cans in your pictures. Didn't see any, but if I did, I'm guessing they would be A/B products.
