This thread is 4 years old. You'd think someone would be able to come up with a chrome one for the 427, but not even CEC has one. It's a shame nobody has a shop that can make one. There are a lot of us out here that would buy one if it was available.

Thanks again Pokerpro, I will contact Pauls Chrome Plating and ask if they can do it and price.

I have also been looking for one. Contacted many vendors but nobody seems to have them anymore! SAD...I think my car would look really good with one, there must be something out there? Anyone?

We are finally ready to start taking orders on LS2, LS3 and LS7 chrome plenum/intake manifold covers. All backorders have been shipped and we are now chroming these to order - which means no delays for you! Order on Monday and we'll ship it by Friday!

Our new LS2, LS3 and LS7 plenum/intake manifold covers are made from quality ABS plastic which are designed to snap into place. Installation takes less than 10 minutes!

This cover is made in 2 pieces so that it will slide under the fuel line with ease. The cut is right where the fuel line lays, this hides the cut, making the cover look like one piece when installed. This 2 piece kit is designed to snap tightly over top of your stock plenum and held in place with double faced 3M tape.

Here's the deal. We are going to run a large sale to kick things off.

Normal pricing: $209.95 + shipping

Hey Commander, A year or so ago I was looking for this also. During my search I finally got a hold of someone that had them shown on their website (sorry don't remember now who or what site that was) but was told at the time that they were no longer available. If I remember correctly I think they said the manufacture of this product had suffered a fire and was no longer in business. That's been close to two years ago so other than that I don't know if they are available anywhere else by now or not. I ended up going with the carbon fiber version I purchased from RPI. Hope this helps.

i can't remember for sure, but I think it came with my Vararam intake. I had it painted along with the Vararam intake locally.

Apparently no one is making these any more - given no reply to this query last year.

I have done some poking around and asking, but not had any luck finding any currently. I'd be interested in one for a 2008 LS3.
