It's an option guys. No money out of your pocket.

Some of you are beginning to sound like ricers.
Yeah, ricers......say that again - I'm not sure how that makes sense.....oh, wait - it doesn't make sense.

It is as simple as this...
For those that are interested, it is a fantastic option!
For those that are not, it's absolutely ridiculous.
For those who don't care, it is of no meaning whatsoever.

You are exactly right. Some people probably think it's a waste for museum delivery. If you want a cool Corvette experience you could do this and the buyers tour

Imho if your paying 70k+ 120k for a vehicle,or pay MSRP this could be option at no cost to you,example...5,800 x how many potential sales versus how many units that would sell if this is bundled in the msrp,I think that alone will increase sales of the z06/zr1,as if you you are doing the museum delivery

I'm just saying that 6K plus travel and hotel expenses is just plain crazy. Like I said, I bet it would be a pretty cool experience, but the price is just plain ridiculous. How about I make my own travel, hotel and restaurant reservations and take a cab to the facility? How much will it cost me to push a couple buttons and take pictures of my engine build?

I would love to know how the folks who decided on that price came up with that figure. I assume having to split the profit between wixom and GM had a pretty significant factor in the price, but come on.....

You would have the opinion of the second group, but it does not make your group right or wrong. It is only "your opinion."

You are correct, it's my opinion, but you are wrong that I would not be interested. I certainly would, but I'm not that crazy. Again just my opinion, but feel free to make the same post a third time for those who may not have seen it the first or second time.

Are you suggesting that those who are interested are CRAZY?

By the way, the cost includes buyers tour, Museum delivery and ZR1 drivers school, so it isn't exactly $5800 just to build the motor.
