PA law, so what? Every state has different MV laws and fines. Why attack a vendor?

So covering the plate is a summary offense which at the most you will get a $100 fine with no possibility of jail. I don't see how you could get a possessing an instrument of crime charge for a traffic violation. If that were the case the car itself could be considered an instrument of a crime.

This cover would be nice for car shows. My license plate looks horrible. Its covered in stains that will not wash off.

It is very easy to install. Everything is plug and play. The power is a simple cigarette plug. One small wire goes from the back of the plate to inside the car to the cigarette power outlet. The plate is attached using the exsisting factory threaded license plate holes. The plate is locked in the frame with lock and key so your plate will not get stolen.

I like the idea of having a custom message on it for tailgaters. But besides that, sorry, I'll pass.

You could also put your "digits" on there with a "call me" for when you are in front of that hot babe at the stop light...

There are a lot of other aftermarket parts that are not "legal" on the street such as headers. You are even violating a federal law if you even move the cats.
