Default Out with the 07 in with an 08

Back in June I picked up an 07 Corvette. The car was loaded but was Black. I spent more time cleaning the dam car than I did driving it. I really wanted a red Corvette so about a month ago I started searching for one that fit within my budget. I found several low mileage cars for decent deals. With times what they are the toys are the first things to go and that is exactly what I was looking for.

I came across an 08 Corvette with 3400 miles on it, 6 speed manual, Lt3 package, Corsa Extreme exhaust, glass roof, Z51 suspension, 1 1/2 years left on the bumper to bumper warranty and 3 1/2 years left on the power train warranty. The price, a steal!

Nice clean car. I own two black vehicles. One of them is a G35 Coupe, the other, my wife's Silverado.
Try hand waxing that big black truck!
Black can be a PITA, but it's the only color I choose for my non-Corvette cars.
In the process of selling the G35, and replacing it with a new CTS Coupe. Black of course.

I am looking to do same next year. My 2006 is black and takes a lot of work to keep it looking like new. I am thinking about a 2008 or 2009 in some other color than black.

Enjoy your car it looks great.

Since you now have had both, how does the LS3 feel compared to the LS2? Noticable difference?

also curious about the above. Any difference btw 6.0 and 6.2? Lastly would you mind sharing price so we know what to expect on the market?
Thanks!
