Lemme guess... you found a bargain and are trying to save a few cents a quart? I doubt anyone here has run an analysis to see if the formulations are exactly the same, but I'd take a guess they are close enough to not worry about. Assuming you are talking about GM Full Synth.
I just go down to the local auto parts store and buy my Mobil 1. Probably cheaper by the drum though if you're looking for a real bargain. Might be cost effective to buy it that way, and everyone in a Corvette club share. Assuming people change their own oil still these days.

GM just has Exxon/Mobil package Mobil 1 in a GM container. Voila, GM Synthetic.

FWIW, the three dealers I've had do oil changes on my Corvettes, have all used Mobil-1 instead of the GM Synthetic.
To be honest, I didn't even know that GM has a house-brand synthetic. I presume it's available in 5W-30 and meets GM4718M?
