Search for the Apsis group buy post for cost.
I installed them yesterday evening. Side splitters, front splitter, and the front wheel guards all in about 2 hours taking my time.

Also, can you still get the jacking pucks in and a jack under there with the side skirts?

Yes and in fact, I can still get my low profile jack under the car and I'm lowered on the stock bolts.
