Default Pics of Girlfriends

My wife and I volunteer at the local Little Sisters of the Poor "Home for the Aged" and one day recently I thought it might be cool to bring Carissa (2009 CRM vert) along and give some rides to my "girlfriends". None of them had ever ridden in a convertible before so they all had huge grins. They have a hard time remembering my name but they have no difficulty remembering my car!

(OK I know this was not what you were expecting when you clicked on this link! )

Nice gesture. Hopefully you took it easy on them. Geez just thinking did you have a camera handy for the entree/exit routine?

Some may call you a PT for the thread title!

What a great thing to do. I remember taking my grandfather for rides in my mustang gt before he passed away. He was an engineer for ford and a bit of a hot rodder too. After doing a simulated street race with a close friend, he had a grin from ear to ear. He talked about those days up until the day he passed. It's always the little things that provide the biggest memories.

That is a cool story! Unfortunately (but probably wisely) the Mother Superior would not allow me to leave the premises when giving the rides. They have a lot of grounds but nowhere to truly open it up. Probably the ladies would not have enjoyed a real ride like your Grandfather anyway.

Wonder if I should volunteer to give "free rides" to the girls at the local all girls college?

Maypo:

Nice job.
