Depends on the dealer.....anytime you mod and tune your car, you run that risk.

Could you elaborate on why you need the tune? I would think a modern EFI system could compensate for the increase in airflow and loss in back pressure.

Because the high flow cats change the readings your O2 sensors see, and they need to be adjusted.

Say you don't go with the high flow cats, just headers, and intake. What then?
