For those who do not have room for a four post lift, you may want to consider the "EZCarLift."
I have one on order. Everything I have read on this lift looks promising and there are no hydraulics involved. Works off the scissor jack method.
Be prepared for the price ($1800 - including shipping) - Sort of expensive for what you are getting, but I like the design.

I have 2 Eagle Lifts. I became a local dealer and bought my first lift. I have sold several over the years to friends who collect cars. I'm no longer a dealer but I like it the cost is reasonable and it works well.

I have 3 Eagle lifts .... one 7K lb & two 8K lb lifts...... I have had the 7K lb lift for 6 years.... and the two 8K lbs lifts for 3 years no issues what so ever with any of them
