Be sure to give it a full 24 hours at 70 degrees to cure. If it is cooler where you are adjust the time accordingly.

Just thought I'd bump this. Still great info. I'm at 6 years or better and over 5000 lens sold and not one failure reported.

It's on again/off again. I am working with a tool maker for the setup I posted but not those German ones.
