Holy cow! Glad you're okay. I suppose it could have been worse.

Amazing you walked away unhurt, and without more vehicle carnage.

Glad you are safe.

Any word yet on the extent of the damage to the car ?

Had the frame and alignment check Friday. I was quite pleased to find out everything was ok. It did not even need aligned and it had been 20k+ since last alignment. Adjusted the steering wheel to center a little and that was it. I removed all the ground effects and temporary bolted the bumper and diffuser together to be able to take it to a show that I have been planning on going to for awhile. This winter I will start the tear down and bodywork. From 20 feet away it would be hard to tell there was damage, the front and rear bumper popped backed out, it did mess up the paint where it flexed, has some cracks and tears. I have Chrome specialty insurance and they are sending me a check that will cover it all especially since my son in law and I will do the work. I would recommend Chrome insurance, they also had some of the better rates. I feel I should do a chevy commercial how tough vettes are, actually I just got lucky there was not more damage and it did not flip. A spin backwards at 50-55 mph doesn't always end well. Fortunately there was enough water on the road to keep it sliding and it kept the shiny side up. Thanks for all asking.
