Licence plate bulb fuse??

I have an 08 and my owner's manual indicates there is a fuse in the Instrument Panel Fuse Block labeled Rear/Fog. There are other fuses labeled for the other various lights at the rear end, this might be it.

I dont beleive there is a separate fuse for the license plate bulb. It should be the same as the parking lights. Do your parking lights work? Mine is located under the hood in the fuse block. 10 amp I think.

Old thread, but thought it would be useful to list the fix.
I also was putting in LED lights for the license plate for a 2011 GS and they would not light up turned either way. Stock lights would not work either.
Turned out the fuse marked: 10-MAN TRAN SOL (10A) was blown. Replaced and they worked.
