Graphic Artists / Designers Chime in! Lets re-design the Corvette together!
Like the title says, we will have 2 guys in our tooling department free to make some great new parts for the vette in about a month and half. I wanted to start gauging some interest on some new designs that people might have drawn or would like to see come into reality. Our goal is to make a new body for the vette that this forum helped create
Current ideas:
- Modified ZR1 kit with more modern lines

I've been drawing cars since I was a kid. And I've been a professional automotive designer for 20 years. I think the C6 design is one of the most beautiful sports cars of all time, especially in widebody form. Personally, I don't think you can improve on the design. You can certainly change the design and you might be able to tweak a feature here or there but that's about it. Good luck!
I gave these tweaks out to another guy here a while ago: Integrate a splitter and license plate mount into the front fascia. And to integrate a rear spoiler into the rear fascia. I think it would be cool as well to do something like the C6R fender top vents.
