Can anyone tell me is a GMPP (extended warranty transferable to the new owner.

I'm sure someone else will chime in but all the GMPP policy's I have seen were. It should address transfer in the book/policy.

I think I read on a FS post here that it's $50. My GMPP book is at home and I'll look it up later if someone else doesn't answer you.

Absolutely correct. All the buyer has to do is send in the $50 and they are good for the remainder of the coverage. However, as others have said, you can always sell back the unused portion but the warranty may be a selling point.

Not so sure that selling back is the right term. You cancel and they refund the difference. Just like cancelling a insurance policy.
