When can you order a 2012 Cyber Gray? Is the color available now?

A couple of weeks ago I was told by a regional sales manager that both cyber gray and crystal red metallic are affected by the Japan pigment supplier being shutdown post-tsunami. That factory is Merck, located on the coast some 50-60 Km from the Fugishima nuke plant

While that factory resumed operation in mid to late May, they also supply Toyota, Ford, and GM, and their ability to recover the backlog continues to lag

At that time he told me the constraint was listed as 'No earlier than October' possibly dropped completely from 2012, time will tell.

I just opened up the order book and the two colors are still not shown
