Default LS3 Heads

Just trying to get a rough idea of what stock LS3 heads with only 40k miles may be worth? Mine will be coming off here in about 2 months.

There are only a couple hundred for sale on eBay, which should give you more than a good idea.

A couple hundred? I'll keep them for that. I haven't seen many less than around $5-600. New they're about $12-1300

The prices are all over the place, and most are #823s not #821s. That's why I was seeing what they realistically sell for. If it's only $2-250, I'll just keep them. If it's $500+ I'll probably be tempted to sell

A couple hundred (LS3 heads) for sale.... also... if you know what they are worth why are you asking?

I'm going by what you all keep posting. So I looked on Ebay.... but I don't care about Ebay, I can list anything on there for $10k and pray someone will be dumb enough to buy. Again, I'm asking what they ACTUALLY sell for. Not relisted ads over and over.

When I sell old parts on eBay I usually want to give somebody a Good deal, sort of pay it forward type of thing. I figure that if i drive a Corvette I am not in desperate need of money so why not give the next guy a break, if someone is looking on eBay usually money is an issue. I guess you could say greed is not a big factor in my life. I guess growing up poor has it's benefit.

When 'Iceaxe' said a 'couple of hundred on eBay', he didn't say the heads were a couple of hundred dollars .... He was saying that their are a couple of hundred LS heads for sale on eBay.

Used 821's do not sell anywhere close to $500 - some sell as low as $300 a piece shipped, $400 shipped on high end - thats actual sale prices, not what dreamers are asking.

So id be looking in the range of about $5-600 for the pair then. Thank you for an actual reply. And I was referring to selling them as a pair instead of individually.

Yes it's a decent chunk of money towards your new heads; what are you replacing them with?

To see what something actually sold for on Ebay, after searching for the item click on the link for sold items. This shows realized sale prices and is very useful.
