Well my readings were just a little different than Bigredwing...
His were:
Time 0 -6.13A (door open and close)
@20 sec -4A
@40 sec -2.5A
@50 sec -.195 to -.227A
@2 min -3.8A (jumps back up)
@2.5 min -2.9A
@2.75 min -.013A to -.026A
I didn't time mine so all guesses are just that...
Time 0 -6.2A (door open and close)
@30 sec -10+A to set the alarm
@45 sec -4.5A
@1:15 -2.5A
@1:30 -.19 to -.24A
@5:00 -4.0A
@5:45 -.059A to -.065A
@10:00 -6A dropping to 4A
@10:45 -.059A to -.065A
I watched for another 10 minutes but there were no more blips.
I bought my 08 in 09 from California and there was this little 3/4 x 3/4 GPS antenna against the windshield on the far right side of the dash, after some digging way up under the dash behind the glovebox there was a small 3x6 black box with a flashing green light. I pulled it and now my asleep readings are...
before: -.059A to -.065A
after: -.036A to -.041A
And yes at 10 minutes it still did the 6A dropping to 4A blip.
The only thing on the box is the name NumereX and a SN number, I looked them up and called. What I pulled out is a version of LoJack from this other company. The account was inactive but thier box stays in monitor mode.
I hope this helps because I don't know where else to look for another 150mA...

DBS - Resolved
I picked up my Vette on Sept. 8th. I left it parked for 2 days and on the 3rd day it started. I did have to return to the dealership to have the latch on the tonneau cover adjusted (warning lights came on and top would not go up all the way). I returned it to my garage and let it sit for 5 days. On the 5th day it started. Tech said - when I asked the question again - that the resting "draw" was 18 mA. For now, it seems to have been fixed. Problem was the module in the passenger door. Clue - says the tech - was that the red light when the door locks - did not go out.
GM took care of the bill under warranty. Otherwise, I'm sure it would have been outrageously expensive (30 days in the shop).

It took him how long to notice the red light in the door didn't go off? He took all what apart and the red light in the door didn't go off? I'm sorry you had to through all that! Obviously the tech couldn't see the forest through the trees. Sure hope GM is reading this.

I bought my 09 Z06 (5000 miles) about a month ago. Brought it home with no issues ran great everything worked I was smiling ear to ear. Next morning battery was stone dead. Thought I had left something on or done something wrong, so I charged the battery and away I went smiling again. Next morning stone dead again. I took it in to my local dealer registered the warranty and made an appointment to have it looked at. They had it for 1 day found the problem (bad Passenger door module) ordered the part and gave me the car with a (electrically)disabled passenger door. Drove it for 10 days until the part arrived and the dealer had it for half a day to install the part. Based on some of the other threads I have read, I am extremely happy with the service I got from my dealer.
My current draw with the problem module was 4 Amps. It is now around 19 mA.

I guess I found the problem in mine, let it sit for 12 days while on vacation and all is still good, but apparently I still have something wrong, I'm still sitting at -.036A to -.041A and you guys are all saying it should be -.018 or so.
Where the heck am I going to find a 200milliamp draw???

If it had a 200 milliamp draw the battery would be stone dead 12 days. In fact in 5 days. Just a guess, as thats all mine would go before battery dead.

Dead Battery problem
My 06 Covert goes dead after about 4 days. After the dealer failed to fix it I now keep the car on a float charger if I am not going to use the car for a few days. I bought a Harbor Freight float charger for $4.00 cut off the battery clips and soldered on a male plug that fits in the auxilary power outlet in the center console. I keep the charger plugged into a switched outlet so all I have to do is put the charger into the auxilary outlet and turn on the switch. Works fine and has the added benefit of keeping the battery at optimum charge. Still have the original battery from Oct 06. Since most Vettes are garaged when not being driven its conveinent to keep it on the charger and it really isn't worth the hassle of dealing with the dopes at most dealers. You will notice that most current Vettes come with the optional Battery Protection package which I believe is a float charger.

After a month at the dealership, they figured out that the computer pack in the passenger door - it handles the indexing, door locks, etc (I believe), was waking up the radio every few minutes killing my battery. Once replaced, no more problems.

Typically, the word "syndrome" is used to describe circumstances where a condition is reported but the cause is unknown. Clearly, someone who is having chronic dead batteries - coming to the forum - might have an easier time finding this tread via the DBS handle. I'm just saying . . .

Just an FYI...
Apparently there is a programming update which addresses the battery run-down issue:
Copy from The Corvette Mechanic on Facebook ...
C6 owners, if your battery goes dead in less than 3 weeks, check your programming updates.
I guess there is an update to older models that applies a fix from 2012 to prevent battery drain.
Our local shop was working on getting updates but I haven't made it in to get mine checked
