No one will get there to 2012 until Jan. 1, 2012.
However, some may be getting their 2012 soon. Since the first ones were built the last part of June, they should start showing up at the dealer's about the last of July.

So they're going to get their 2012's soon but won't get there really until 2012. Right?

2011s had USB port with Nav, throttle-blip downshifts in 'D' mode on AT6s, new synchros for MN6, and don't know what else.
For 2012, there're new seats (well, more like reworked IMO), dash tweeters for the Bose stereo, and redesigned steering wheel with proper thumb grips at 10 and 2 o'clock positions, and model-specific logos. Those 3 items were always a disappointment for me, and kept me from justifying a C6. But now paying to the whazoo for a '12 that it's almost on its way out is not a wise financial move, but at least those cars should have the least problems.
Finally, the LT packages changed. I didn't want the crap of a navigation this car has, and freaking GM included it in 3 and 4LT. That SUCKED, but there's nothing we can do now. And charging $1,750 for that POS which probably cost them $100 is an insult, but nothing we can do. Oh, and some nice new options, like colored leather stitching, colored brake calipers, and a few others. Besides that, I don't know what else changed. Maybe somebody else can chime in.

The first of the production 2012's won't ship until the plant returns from the July shutdown on the 18th.

Looking over Kerbeck's list of incoming 2012's(21), it's clear as what they believe will sell the best.

2021 C6 of the Year Finalist - Modified
Wait till you see the price on those painted brake calipers.
It is a $595 option just to have GM paint the calipers for you ... Pure unadulterated 100% profit for GM!
This is by far the best example of highway robbery GM has ever concieved in there almost 100 years of making cars.

Vendors on here want $460, give or take, for a set of four powder coated calipers. But you also have to pony up another $700 and change for a core exchange fee, and you have to pay to have them installed, and you have to wait for caliper delivery and for the core refund, and your car is down for some amount of time.
$595 is a bargain, but you obviously think otherwise.

Can paint them yourself like it did for about 4 hours of time over 2 days and two cans of paint. One the clearcoat the other the color you want. Here is the link and I did it and beginning of summer stills looks great. http://www.bugmanweb.com/c6/c6index.html
