Looks like a pretty decent deal. I think it's the only GT1 for sale right now unless someone knows of others.

While not a GT1, this Z16 Z06 was one of the first 24 hours of Lemans commemorative cars. This is my 2004. This is car #1189 of the 2025 that were made.
The Z16 is in good company with the two GT1's and a few Trans Ams

In the name of idle GT1 chit chat...my Z06 is wrapped up comfortably in the garage with the battery tender hooked up and about 6 inches of leaves on the other side of the garage door. I can't wait for the next real sunny day to remove the dead foliage and and pull the car out for some fresh air. It's been about 1 month now since she's burned any fuel.

Same here for me Brad, while i dont have the leaves issue i do have the snow and highway "cinders" issue. For those back east in snow country they salt the roads. Out here is Cali we dont use salt but in the snow country they use "cinders" which is crushed volcanic rock. These things are sharp edged as heck and are picked up by our sticky tires. As they hit our panels behind the tires, they damage and chip the paint.
So, we've had a few small snow storms already and the cinders are on the pavement so my GT1's dont get out much through the winter either.

It sounds like you better keep those toys in the garage for cinder season...we use sand up here in the Seattle area.
I raked all the leaves yesterday in anticipation of bringing home the 1968 GTO from engine rebuild. My son (senior in high school) is using this car for his senior project and since my dad gave me the car I am passing it to him to take care of.
I may also have a small window of opportunity to start up the Z on Saturday if the rain stops long enough. Fingers crossed.

Good day yesterday...
I got to drive the 1968 GTO and the GT1 Z06. Many of looks and waves. At least we got the cars all warmed up and put away before the next round of rain started.

We are having a bit of a heat wave down here in so. cal. I'm at 7000 feet and we are at 68 degrees these past few days. supposed to cool down and a chance of rain/snow by thurs or fri but in the meantime, i've had the GT1 Z out for a drive around the lake and the Z16 out a few times and may drive down to Ontario area on wed with a buddy who has a Pantera. He wants to sell it and pick up a vette, he's tired of old technology and minor issues associated with a Pantera. Then Fri/Sat I'm off to san diego to photograph a wedding!

You must be up on the hill above San Bernardino? I'm in the business of flight test and we use that facility every now and then. I've driven up in those mountains east of I-15 before and driven around a lake. That's a really nice area. Enjoy the warm weather and watch out for cinders!!
