Hold on before you buy new GS fender badges
At the ALMS race at Road America, Corvette had a large display. One of the cars was a Jake edition Grand Sport. The fender badge was charcoal grey (on black car) with "JAKE" in black letters and the Jake skull in black outlined in yellow. Awesome! The description said the emblem was a concept piece. I emailed chevy.com/corvette and begged them to produce it. All the other pieces were available thru GM dealers. Sorry,I didn't have a camera. Under the hood there was a Jake skull on a grey liner. Inside there was yellow stitching and other touches which I couldn't see well because it was locked. Wheels were black with yellow calipers. Also a 100 year sticker on the pillar. All the 100 year hats, shirts, etc. flew off the shelf, all gone went I went back. The ZR1 on display had a 100 year steering wheel cap and same on the wheel caps. Maybe the cars will be on their website soon.

I was there to. The car was in the Corvette coral the 1st few days. Then outside, in the Chevrolet display on sunday.

Certainly looks nice on a black G/S, especially one not sporting blingy chrome wheel. Too bad they don't make plain black Vettes anymore, or Cyber Gray.
