Im looking to ship a C6 Hood from 95691 to 80457

Im not really sure how to package it so i think im going to pay ups to do it. Can anybody help me out and give me the dimensions and weight of the hood?

UPS is going to charge you an arm and a leg just to package it. They wanted over $100 to package my halo for shipping. Just giving you a heads up.

If you can find a way to pack it yourself, do it.

Having just refused shipment for a damaged C6 hood, I can tell you that the rearmost "tips" of the hood are the most vulnerable. Foam will NOT do the trick. You need to use some pieces of wood attached securely to them that extend past the ends of the hood to protect them, but before you do that, wrap the entire hood with several layers of plastic-wrap to protect the paint. There are boxes large enough to ship it in, though I honestly don't know where to find one.
Then you have to hope the shipping co. won't drop/crush/stack a washing machine on it/etc...
