JW Motoring has a pictorial. It's really not that hard at all, but you should use both the heavy duty foam AND a seat repair kit because the wire frame will cut through heavy duty foam just as it does the OEM. I used both on mine in my C5 and my C6, and after 2+ years in my C5 the seat was just as good as it was when I put the foam in.

New seat covers on the way, my 06 seats are smashed, so i am doing new heavy duty foam and the rebuild kit.
