Design: does C6 remind you most of C3, C4, or C5?

Well, if you had to make a choice, the C6 looks the most like a C5 ....
In fact, the C6 looks more like a C5 than it looks like a C7.

I actually started a thread last year about how my GS convertible reminds me of a C3 (not as much with the coupes):
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...u-of-a-c3.html
As others have pointed out, the C6 convertible especially does have a lot of design nods to Corvette history. The coves on the side and the waterfall from the C1, the lines on the trunk from the C2, the round tail lights, the front fender bulges, the GS gills and GS/Z06 flares from the C3.
The chassis on the C6 is an evolution of the C5, much like the C3 was an evolved C2, but I don't see a lot of C4 in the C6.

My first Corvette was a 65 Roadster back in 69..... loved that car.......had many adventures in it........My C6 to me is a modern rendition of that car.... and I am trying to have as many adventures in this car also....

The rear end looks like a C4 with the round tailights. I was a fan of the 92-96 C4. Had a 95 which was a great trouble free car. The widebody C6 is a gorgeous car, that's why I have no desire to get rid of my GS after 4 years.

I guess sitting in the drivers seat looking forward, maybe a C3 with the bulge in the top of the front fenders, everything else would be C5, please... no C4 comparisons
