You can't beat the C3 and I think the designers figured that out after going too "modern" and trendy. The C6 is a modern classic.

84-90 C4. If you look at the Corvette design trend, they tend to alternate each generation from rounded lines to pointy/angular lines. C1's were rounded and they have alternated every gen since. The C4's major facelift in '91 moved it to a more rounded design in line with the other cars offered at the time.

Absolutely and completely correct. What will be really interesting is wether the C7 goes rounded or breaks the cycle.

C3 has some similaraties, as does the C5.
C4 reminds me of my upset stomach...

not too many people confuse the c6 for a c3 or c4 but I know a lot of people that can't see the obvious differences in c5 and c6!
