St. Louis Cards - Corvette
The MVP of the World Series (David Freese) was just awaited a brand new Corvette from Chevrolet... Although I am a diehard Yankees fan, congrats to him...

Maybe now that the ball match is over, the Skwerlhuggery will fade also! That whole "Rally Squirrel" was a bit weird and troubling. . .
Skwerlhuggery does have a dark side . . . http://www.scarysquirrel.org/religion/2012/index.html

I have to wonder if it's a very big deal getting a free Corvette, considering the paycheck he probably makes. A Vette might be a step down for him.
To put it in proper perspective, I wouldn't get very excited if someone gave me a Geo Metro.

I am sure he will use it as his beater and Game 6 was the best World Series game i have ever seen grats to the Cards. Wish we had Pujols instead of Arod hey Cards wana trade

You may not have to trade. He's a free agent. Although NY doesn't need a 1st baseman, NY could trade Mark Tejara (or whatever his name is who plays 1st for the Yanks) and sign Albert.

Whether he drives it or not, its still great advertising by GM.. and much more efficient than other forms of media advertising. Look at how many people were watching Game 7 of the WS. And how many people saw a shiny new Vette on the field. Considering MLB's target market.. it was the perfect audience which to promote the Vette to. While I doubt the experience had everybody running to dealerships this morning to get one, I'm sure quite a few people watching did have the thought cross their mine: "Damn that's a really nice car.. wouldn't mind having one myself".
