We were staying at a suites hotel in Columbus Ohio. I had gone out just before breakfast to get a few things out of the back, and as I was heading back to the room, there was a couple with 3 kids going to their vehicle. In passing, the lady asked if it would be Ok if the kids could get a picture taken next to the car. I agreed and the smiles on their faces was worth it.

Another time, we were having lunch at a seaside restaurant, and noticed 2 or 3 different tourists taking pics of the car as they were walking towards the boat wharf ice cream hut.

It's happened a few other times that I've noticed.

I notice pictures from cars behind me every once in a while. It's because I live in Texas and have this license plate:

Do others have the same experience?
Yes, I do, especially when they are behind me at a traffic stop. I don't know if it's the blacked out lights, the shinny paint or the vanity plate,[ MAX TOY, which has been on 4 separate Corvettes since 2001. This year, twice at a park and store, I've had young ladies ask if they could sit in the car while I took their photos

The one I liked and remember the most was at a red light a 16 YO pulling along side our '70 in his early '90s six cylinder Mustang and saying as he turned and put both arms on his door sill "I bet you guys wished you were driving an ol school Mustang". We all laughed and I complimented him on his car as being a nice Mustang. Nice kid.

I have seen people taking pics of my car at random places around LA.

I take pics of a lot of Vettes at Supercar Sunday and other car events.

here are a few of them:

and finally one of mine

I love taking pics of other Vettes and hot rods and have a ton of them.

Those are very nice photos. Is that a filter that you use to get that look?

Thank you!

all of these are multi exposure HDR and I use various software to tweak each exposure then combine them into a single image.
