Thanks!

I believe those are the new 2012 GS wheels, not aftermarket.

In regards to the color, here is my opinion: The color is not horrible, silver blue hues look good on a lot of cars. One of the best looking Ferrari's I ever saw was in a 360 in a similar color with a navy leather interior; it worked. With that being said what peeves me about Carlisle Blue is that in GM fashion, they put a color I can go buy a Cruze or a Aveo (sorry I mean Sonic) in, renamed it and put it on a Vette and tried to pass it off as nostalgia. They have his same color in the Cadi line now as well on the SRX and Escalade. So, does the color make me cringe, no I like what it does for the body lines (looks better on non base cars); but what I cannot stand about it is that it isn't a unique color for the Vette, and usually Vette blue hues are always unique to that car alone, even if just slightly different. And, I think it would have looked really good with a navy interior to also celebrate the one year only kind of thing. I'm not going to lie, if it had been a this year only unique color and a special navy interior on this color this year only, I'd have probably bought one. Instead I hurried up and grabbed the last new JSB 2LT 6-speed Coupe I could fine.

It looks OK in the navy blue top of the vert. It's the only look that I like. I looked at it from many angles, and distances. I still came away with it's OK. I wanted to give it a fare chance as it is a new color. We need the new C7 body style , this car is getting too old no matter what the color.

If I were looking right now, and wanted something that reminded me of a 65 GTO, or an early C3...and also wanted a car that would not show dirt, but not be an also ran like Silver or Arctic White, both virtually invisible...then I'd STRONGLY consider Carlisle Blue. Plus all that crap about putting it on a Cruze or any other model. Let me ask you this, how many Cruzes are Victory Red or Dark Metallic Red? Or how many Cobalts are Velocity Yellow, or Black?

So much for that argument. It's BS. I also prefer darker blues and reds...but, it does look pretty nice on those Carlisle photos. Plus, those wheels & stripes are a special edition package.

It's a beautiful color. I really like it and would definitely consider it.

I LOVE that color.. its my favorite of all the C6 colors.

I guess I'm a sissy boy for saying that, but I don't give a ****.. my wife is hot, my car is fast, my kids are cool.. I'm ok if the fat old men of CF don't like light blue.

Thanks, I like the dark blue as well....but indeed this is a good color on the Vette. Really someone else said there really aren't any "bad" production colors on a Vette.

here is another from a different angle.

I like it, but I have weird color preferences, as I have a Daytona Sunset coupe.

I LIKE a similar color on the C2. Vettes but after seeing a CB C6 in person definitely not my cup of tea.

I think with modification it looks nice, but it is a rather dainty color.

I like the color, and last time I looked, yes, I have a *****. Sometimes I wonder about those that are afraid of anything but black, or other 'macho' colors.
