Worth it 100%. I installed a $10 lighted switch took 10 minutes and I can have the best of both worlds.

The NPP was a must option for me. I too went with the mild 2 wild remote so I can hear the aggressive sound of the exhaust at any RPM, yet quiet it down on trips to be free of the drone.

In fact, I even call the closed position "WIFE MODE".

On previous Vettes, I installed B&Bs and Borlas--the NPPs are the best for my tastes and give me the flexibility to have 'em quiet sometimes and loud most of the time.

I do believe the "Wide Open" mode has even gotten louder and more pleasing as the miles have added up.

Good luck in your decision.

I have the npp on my 08 and also changed the OEM CAI with silencer to the OEM Z06 without silencer, made a huge difference at WOT. You can now hear your beast ROAR.

The NPP was not available when I purchased my 07. I bought a used NPP exhaust from an 08 along with the Mild to Wild box and fob. The box is installed in the right rear storage compartment, the fob is in the ashtray compartment. It's the BEST mod I have done on my 07!

I wanted NPP to get the extra 6 HP and it does sound good. I don't have M2W so I have a good reason to get the RPM's up to listen to NPP.

Ordered it on an 08 that I previously owned and took it off after one week. Sound is junk. Installed a set of Corsa sports and never looked back. Did not check the NPP box when I ordered the 2011 GS. I know that others folks like NPP, but I was totally disappointed with the exhaust.

When Ibought my 08 from the dealer, they installed it for me. That was Macmulkin, of Tommy Jr fame! Without a doubt I'd get the dual mode exhaust again.

If you are getting a manual the NPP would be worth it. For an automatic I really don't think its worth the money.

Wow, many strong positives for the NPP. i did not order it on my 2012 GS, my plan is to install a Corsa Sport with X-pipe. I just thought that would make mine a little more unique, and most Corsa Sport owners who have posted here have been very positive too. I'm slightly worried they might be too loud, but not worried enough to get the Touring.

Love the NPP sound and the burbling of the exhaust as I decelerate. I simply pulled the fuse for the NPP, and it is always open. Thought that I would reinstall the fuse for long trips or.... I never have reinstalled the fuse.
