Default need help with power top

The top wont come down on my 07.Ican ear the pump but the top wont move.Any thouth Thanks.

Assuming you have a strong, fully charged battery......

First thing to check are the fuses and then the pressure relief valve on the pump.

You should have an Allen wrench (maybe under the carpet next to the pump), use it to make sure the valve is shut tight.

If that doesn't do it, the next thing to look at are the limit switches that are part of the top mechanism telling the computer the position of the various arms/brackets/top sections.

the car was stored for a while ,start with jump, this may be the problem then. Will check tomorow and let you know
