Im going to order Forgestar f14 first thing monday in sizes 19x11 rear and 18x9.5 front.

a forum vendor told me that i could put 335/30/19 nitto nto5 on the rear and 285/35/18 on the front. ive searched all over the internet and i have seen many people over at ls1 tech and other gm websites that have put a 335 tire on a 11 inch wide rim and it looks pretty good.


will i have any problems with that setup above on my 08 c6 narrow body with rubbing or anything.


or it ideal for me to go with a 325/30/19 rear invo and 275/35/18 front invo.

I run 325s on 11 1/2" rims CCWs on our narrow body coupe and it is tight fit

As long as your rear offset is +79, your good

335 has a minimum of an 11.5" rim. Can you squeeze a 335 into an 11", probably. But then you change the contact patch defeating what your trying to accomplish. Stay within the rim range to get the most out of your new tires.

this offset is for 10 inch rim though?

heres the picture of a 335 tire on a 17x11 rim. looks to me like the 335 will be just fine

Are you going for looks or application? Also different mfr can have diff appearances. There is a reason for setting rim width ranges, just because it fits doesnt mean its gonna give you more traction. Trust me, I already went thru this Find a 325 you like you wont miss the 10mm or the $$ youll save.

jp are you currently running a 325 invo on the back of your c6? how do you like it?

also do you have any pics of the invo on your 11" rim before you had it mounted or any low rear pics of your car so i can see how it looks.

does the 325 tire on a 11inch rim look much bigger then the stock 285 tire on 10 inch rim?

Yep, 325/30/19x11 Invo. I like it but its as wide as you wanna go under base fenders, see my album for pics. But not the pics your looking for, my car is too low and my diffuser black the tires are shadow washed.

Its definitely wider and looks it too . The only reason I would consider a 305 again is if it were Michelins, they seem to run wider than other mfr's 305s.

Idk if the Invos will grip enough for your 500ish rwhp, theyre a great touring tire though and Ive pulled .8 Gs on em.
