Wow sorry to hear and see this!!

With the power of the Internet and the corvette community I'm sure you can and probably will find them or see them on another Vette.

Check all the auction websites and Craigslist including car domain and Flickr to see any new pics of Vettes and wheels!

Good luck, I'm sure some one here can add to my idea of trying to find them with the help of the corvette community specially in your Dallas home town!!

I have no idea I had 355 wide rear Nitto NT05 Drag Radials. Those mothers are huge I can imaging they fit on any other car.

My logic is if you can afford a Z06 why would you buy secondhand stolen rims.

Where is this market lol?

Man that sucks. Such a ****** feeling, you just feel helpless. I had 2004 GSXR 600 stolen out of my garage so I can somewhat relate. Sorry to see this and I hope your car is not damaged.

Well the good news is you get brand new wheels and tires for the cost of your deductible. Factory wheels are pretty expensive so you can probably get a nice aftermarket set with tires for about the same price as factory. Just happened to a guy on f150online.com and he ended up with new wheels and tires and $1200 in his pocket after it was all said and done. He lived just outside FTW in keller.

Did they use pucks or something? I can't make out what that is in the pic.

Man, that really sucks. It's bad enough that someone ripped off your wheels, but then to paint your calipers green...that's when you know it's personal.

Probably time to invest in some wheel locks.

There's a good chance that they're over the Mexico border. Dallas may not be as bad as here in El Paso, but regardless, that's where they often end up. They don't care what size tires, or rims, they just spot nice cars with nice looking rims, and assume they're worth money. Most likely the ones that stole your rims aren't even the ones that will put them back on the market. They'll often go to a "private businessman" that pays people to steal crap like this. It's sad, but true, and it sucks. Sorry for your loss.

man that sucks! on the bright side, it looks like they did a better job jacking it than some shops most of the cars ive ever seen robbed of wheels end up on the ground

hopefully insurance will cover it and you can get something aftermarket thats better than stock - keep in mind the stock rims cost about as much as a set of ccws (2 to 4grand) and the stupid factory runflat tires cost as much as (or more than) competition oriented tires (1800+ on tirerack for oem tires)...

price list for for various factory c6 wheels:
