Bought from RPI. Initially had some problems with a couple letters sticking. I had success with silicone sealer from HD. They've all been fine for a couple years now.

If you can't find the adhesion promoter, do a search for "BondPak Adhesion Promoter Pen".
I can't find the vendor I used but there are sites that show this product, and it looks just like what I purchased several years ago.
