Default Valve Stem Torque Spec

Had one come loose, started dropping air pressure. I usually just do them hand tight. Is there a torque spec? 15 inch pounds sounds familiar?

I think it is around 26 inch pounds......

This is totally incorrect. The very last part of the equasion has a (.) after the "t" which negates the whole formula, I think....yea, that's the problem.
