I'm looking to replace the hatch bulbs and the reverse lights. I have a bunch of 194 LED bulbs and want to know which ones I can use, and which ones I still need to order.

The Reverse lamp is correct. I've replaced it with an LED 3156 equal.. the hatch?? Not sure which you mean....
The ones listed on there are 194 I have also replaced with 194 LED equals... The Map lights will also take 194 (LED at least). The Trunk is the twin loop style 561. I've replaced those.

Thanks. By hatch, I mean, the area in the hatch, probably more commonly known as the trunk
The trunk is 561 and will not work with 194? Is that accurate? This one I'm confused about since its listed as PC168, which apparently 194 can be used as well. That C5racer.com link I used seemed to state that the 194 they're selling will work in the hatch as well.
You mention the 3156 for reverse, the list states 3157? Was this a typo or does 3156 work as well?
Thanks again.

194 and 168 bulbs should be interchangeable..both push-in wedge style. Maybe just a small light output difference.
I think a 3157 is a double filiment bulb and a 3156 is a single like would be used for a back up lamp.

Ah, thanks.
So I think I'm covered...
I have a few 194s on the way along for the trunk, licenses plate, and some undetermined interior lights, and a pair of 3157s for the reverse/backup lamps.
Should be good to go!
EDIT: Very possible the trunk lights may be 562 sized. Will find out sometime this weekend I guess.
EDIT2: If anyone finds this thread. Trunk/hatch is definitely not 194. 194 did the trick for the rest of the interior and license plate lights. The 3157s worked great in the reverse light.
Just waiting on the 562s for the hatch.

Burning Brakes
My 2010 uses 194s for the Map lights, and also for the under dash floorboard lights.
The cargo lights are NOT 194 or 168. It's a rigid loop type bulb. I believe the the number is 562.

Great info here so far. What about the lights for the fuel door switch? My bulb went out and I'm wondering if it's an easy fix, or if there is soldering involved like when replacing the DIC button cluster. Any input would help. Here is a pic of the buttons I'm talking about.

DIC backlight bulb replacements???
Ok Guys - resurrecting an older thread. 2006 C6 vert. I also have one micro bulb out on my interior trunk latch switch, and 5 of the 9 bulbs in my DIC control button clusters are out. None of my LAP stores have even listings for any of these bulbs. Are these available anywhere? Or do we have to purchase the printed circuit boards from the dealer complete?
