Dude you are so wrong those are cats....I own a 12 too and its fact...google it GM put 4 on our cars.
The 2011 and 2010 Grandsport dont have them so they are coming off of my car ASAP...

Is an x pipe from a 2009-2011 LS3 a direct bolt in swap for the catted x pipe on the 2012-2013 LS3?
I am interested in this too...
I think the corsa is only 300 bucks and seems like on ebay people are selling their old X pipes for around 200+ so an extra 100 bucks and you get a better flowing and better quality corsa X pipe...
I am considering the Billyboat Fusion and bolting it up to the corsa X pipe...or an older X pipe if I can find it used and cheap..

Talked to a rep at BillyBoat, he told me that those cats are not monitored, are useless and there is absolutely no way for them to throw a code.
Billyboat has a Grand Sport X pipe ready to purchase that will bolt right where the old cat'd oem pipe goes.
I bought mine from Southern Car parts along with a Billyboat fusion exhaust today...!!! https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...t-systems.html

^I can confirm that I've installed a CATBACK exhaust system, from Borla (atak), on my 2013, that eliminated the additional two cats and my car has not thrown a code or performed poorly in any circumstances. While doing the install I did not see any additional bungs for sensors on the OEM X pipe with the two added cats, so I feel confident they are not monitored.

I do feel that that the elimination of cats typically warrants a retune, but the two primary cats are still there .. so I'm really not sure in this case.
